Kheer Bhawani Temple is located near Tul Mul village that is mostly visited by Hindu followers. Here, devotees offer rice and milk pudding to Kheer Bhawani as a symbol of worship and faith. This temple was built over a spring within which a small marble exist. People celebrate the annual festival on the eight day of the full moon in May or June. People also believe that the spring’s color gets changes according to the avatars of Goddess.
