By confirming your booking with Just Go Kashmir (OPC) Private Limited, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Advance Payment

A minimum 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

Bookings are subject to availability until the advance payment is received.

Full payment may be required for certain hotels, flights, trains, or special packages.

2. Remaining Payment

The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the travel date.

For bookings made within 7 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

Failure to make the balance payment on time may result in cancellation without refund of the advance amount.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges will be applicable as per hotel, transport, airline, and supplier policies.

From the booking date till 30 days prior to the arrival date, 30 % of the package cost is chargeable.

From 30 days to 21 days prior to the arrival date, 50 % of the package cost is chargeable.

From 21 days to 12 days prior to arrival date, 75 % of the package cost is chargeable.

For cancellations made within 12 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the package cost is chargeable.

No refund will be provided for unused services, no-shows, or early departures.

4. GST Policy

GST will be charged as applicable under Government of India regulations.

GST invoices will be issued only in the name provided at the time of booking.

Any GST input credit can be claimed by the customer as per applicable tax laws.

5. Changes & Modifications

Any changes in travel dates, hotels, or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Force Majeure

Just Go Kashmir (OPC) Private Limited shall not be held liable for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, road closures, weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

7.Liability

The company acts only as a facilitator for transport, hotels, and other travel services and shall not be responsible for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party service providers.

8. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from the booking shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi, India.

By making the advance payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
