
CENCELLATION POLICY
At Just Go Kashmir Private Limited, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms applicable to cancellations of tour packages and travel services booked with us.
1. Cancellation Request

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or other official communication channels.

A booking is considered cancelled only after you receive a written cancellation confirmation from Just Go Kashmir Private Limited.
2. Cancellation Charges
The following cancellation charges apply based on the number of days before the scheduled travel date:
All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date No charge
Any cancellation between 45 Days 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge
Any cancellation between 30 Days 21 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
Any cancellation less than 15 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.
3. Peak Season Bookings
Bookings made during New Year, Christmas, long weekends, festivals, or other peak travel periods may be fully non-refundable, depending on the cancellation policies of hotels and other service providers.
4. Hotel & Transport Cancellation
Cancellation charges for hotels, houseboats, transport, and other travel services are subject to the policies of the respective service providers. Any non-refundable charges imposed by these providers will be deducted from the refundable amount, if applicable.
5. Unused Services
No refund or credit will be provided for any unused services, including hotel accommodation, meals, sightseeing, transportation, or any other inclusions, once the tour has commenced.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from the respective service providers and after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
7. Force Majeure
No refund or compensation shall be payable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Landslides
Road closures
Government restrictions
Political unrest
Pandemics
Flight cancellations
Adverse weather conditions
In such situations, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with rescheduling or obtaining refunds from suppliers, subject to their policies.
8. Amendments
Just Go Kashmir Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. The policy applicable to your booking will be the version in effect on the booking confirmation date.
