
REFUND POLICY
At Just Go Kashmir Private Limited, we strive to provide the best travel experience. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while considering the cancellation policies of hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only after the required advance payment has been received.
All refunds will be processed according to the cancellation terms mentioned below.
2. Cancellation & Refund
All cancellations must be made in e-mail format only.
Any cancellation at 45 Days prior to arrival date No charge
Any cancellation between 45 Days 30 Days prior to arrival date: 25% of tour fare charge
Any cancellation between 30 Days 21 Days prior to arrival date: 75% of tour fare charge
Any cancellation less than 15 Days: 100% of tour fare charge.
3. Hotel & Transport Cancellation
Refunds for hotels, houseboats, transport, and other services are subject to the cancellation policies of the respective service providers.
Any non-refundable charges imposed by suppliers will be deducted from the refundable amount.
4. Peak Season Bookings
Bookings made for New Year, Christmas, long weekends, festivals, or peak season may be completely non-refundable, depending on the hotel and supplier policies.
5. Unused Services
No refund will be provided for any unused hotel nights, meals, sightseeing, transfers, or other services included in the package after the tour has commenced.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after receiving confirmation from all service providers.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or the bank account provided by the customer.
7. Force Majeure
No refund shall be applicable for cancellations or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters
Government restrictions
Road closures
Political unrest
Pandemics
Flight cancellations
Weather conditions
In such cases, we will make every reasonable effort to obtain the maximum possible refund or reschedule the booking, subject to supplier approval.
8. Company Rights
Just Go Kashmir Private Limited reserves the right to amend or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The applicable policy will be the one in effect on the booking confirmation date.
