Golden Meadow Pvt. Ltd. is a private limited company that was established in 1998. Presently, the company has four registered directors namely Sheikh Gowhar, Habla Begum and Sheikh Burhan Fayaz.and Sheikh Sinaan.

The company has roughly over two decades worth of experience in doing business across diverse sectors in Jammu and Kashmir. This ranges from commercial, hospitality, and real-estate sector, where the companies are now keenly considering expanding its footprint in projects in the power sector. 

The Town Square Mall, a state-of-the-art shopping complex located in the heart of the city, stands as one of the earliest business ventures the company established. In fact, the company invested its energies in the mall at a time when the idea of a mega shopping complex as a potential business venture was still fairly new and unexplored. Today, the mall stands as an example of the company’s foresight in assessing economic potential in Jammu and Kashmir and is a testament to the company’s ability to take risks. The venture has over the decades not only set an example of the economic potential of investing in shopping complexes, but also informed business practices in the valley where increasingly people have now begun turning to invest in such ventures. 

In addition to this, the company owns a resort in Sonamarg, a scenic and popular destination located in the Ganderbal district in Jammu and Kashmir. The company established The Golden Meadows Resort essentially to capitalize and set its foot in the flourishing tourism sector of the valley. While currently the resort comprises two hutments and an area reserved for furnished tents, a plan to establish five-star hotel facilities is underway and will soon be executed. Additionally, the all-weather roads and tunnels leading to Sonamarg, that were invested by the Government of India, are currently nearing completion and promise year round access to the tourist site and therefore the resort. 

Since 1998, the company has earned a worthy reputation and trust in the business circuit across the valley. Parallely, under the Golden Meadows Infra Pvt. Ltd. the company also made a mark in the construction business. Along with a partnership with Ridhi Sidhi Infra Pvt. Ltd., the company assisted with the construction of a 300 unit residential site in the heart of the Jammu city. Determined to expand its footprint in the Jammu region, the company is also associated with another firm in Jammu where another Mass Housing Cooperative Society of roughly 200 units is underway. The Golden Meadow Infra Pvt. Ltd. is also involved in government contracts ranging from the housing sector, R&B division, irrigation and flood control and is keenly considering investing in infrastructure in the power sector such as solar and hydal projects.
